Most H.S. Trask footwear is designed to be resoled. However, due to the extensive number of H.S. Trask styles there are some exceptions to turn around time and availability.
In some cases the original outsole is no longer available, but a substitute exists.
Vibram outsoles will be substituted if the original is no longer available. In some cases, no replacements exist. In which case, your shoes will be returned to you at no charge.
Normal turn around time is 3-6 weeks. Occasionally, this may be extended based on componet availability, in which case a NuShoe customer service representative will contact you for approval.
Please note that NuShoe, Inc. is not responsible for footwear lost on inbound shipment. Customers can add insurance to our postage-paid mailing bags at any US Post Office. Again, NuShoe is not responsible until receipt of your footwear.
